Grand Seiko needed more than a website, so we built them a digital ecosystem.

Overview

When in-person retail shopping was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Grand Seiko sought a way to restructure their sales strategy and appeal to a wider audience. To complement its expanding network of boutiques and authorized dealers, we developed Grand Seiko Boutique Online, the brand’s exclusive direct-to-consumer online store. This custom Shopify storefront offers access to Grand Seiko’s complete U.S. product catalog.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve expanded Grand Seiko’s online ecosystem to include the GS9 Club, an exclusive members-only community. We've also built an automated online service center for submitting, reviewing, and paying for watch repairs. Additionally, we’ve successfully scaled the brand's organic social media presence.

We continue to build brand awareness and boost online sales through multiple paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok. As a result, online store traffic has more than doubled while maintaining an impressive 800-2,000% return on ad sales.
